What makes Knox Nutrition different from other Nutrition Coaches?

I am not going to ask you about your weight, BMI, measurements, or any other triggering and personal information.
You can eat whatever you want, I am not the food police! We don’t even need to discuss your diet unless you want to.
I will not advise nutrient restriction (low-carb, low-fat, zero sugar, etc.), or encourage adherence to the newest and trendiest diet on Instagram.
I will never sell you any kind of consumable product or supplement intended to change your body composition, and I will not partner with companies who do.
